We are happy to receive e-mails and will respond as soon as possible, however please note that this is not an online booking facility and that we receive telephone bookings throughout the day. To avoid disappointment and ensure a booking with us please call reception directly. Alternatively you may find between e-mail communication that your preferred dates and room choice have been booked.

If you are using satellite navigation we recommend using the following post code for W H Brown estate agents: PE37 7LA which is situated at the bottom of Ash Close, the entrance road to Strattons. If you use Stratton’s postcode you will be directed to the other end of Ash Close causing difficulties with access.
FROM LONDON:
From the M25 North join the M11 to Stansted. Go past the Stansted Junction (A414) and carry on a further 15 miles to the next junction this is the A11 to Newmarket. Join this. The A11 merges after some 8 mile with the A14 - carry on past the Newmarket Junction - a little after you will see a sign saying A11 for Thetford - take this. After some 10 miles, you will come to the end of the A11 and you will arrive at a roundabout with two Little Chefs either side. You want the 2nd exit out (A1065) signposted to Lakenheath (RAF base). Follow the A1065 past Lakenheath into the market town of Brandon. You are made to bear left here - but still is the A1065 - follow road out - The Brecklands into Swaffham. Then follow the map.
Swaffham is a small Market Town situated along the A47 between King’s Lynn and Dereham. It is possible to travel to and from and around the hotel using public transport or bike hire.
BY TRAIN:
We recommend travelling to Downham Market or King’s Lynn. Both stations are along the same line from London Kings Cross, and both are approximately 15 to 20 minutes from Swaffham by car. Most travellers prefer Downham Market as it is smaller and easier to travel to and from.

BY BUS:
Should you travel to King’s Lynn, there is an excellent bus service called the X-1 (First Travel) that travels from Peterborough, via Kings Lynn, Swaffham and Dereham to Norwich. Timetables can be found via www.firstgroup.com/ukbus/
There is also a National Express service from London Victoria to Swaffham direct.
