On arrival
Please check in at the main hotel reception where you will be shown to your apartment. If you know you are going to arrive later than 8pm please advise the hotel. We can also organise a late cold supper if required.Heating

Pets
Dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement Print One as long as they are cat tolerant. We reserve the right to charge for any damage made without prior notice. Guests must advise us at the booking stage of their intention of bringing a pet to ensure the appropriate room is allocated. Strattons reserves the right to refuse accommodation and charge if guests arrive with pets not stated in the booking contract.

A bed making and room cleaning service is available on request. The cost is £20 for one service per day. This excludes dish washing for those on self-catering terms but includes:
• Bed making and bathroom cleaning
• Towel changing (if towels are placed in the bath indicating a change of towels is required)
• Vacuuming and polishing of all areas
• Emptying of binsPlease contact reception who can arrange this for you with 24 hours notice.
