About Us

All items are sold by and despatched by Strattons Hotel, and include VAT.
Payments are received using credit or debit cards via a 3rd party payment processing company “stripe.com”.

Delivery & Shipping

We send all packages by Royal Mail recorded service. Orders placed will be dispatched within 1 working day and received within 5 working days but often before. if you require your purchase to be guaranteed by a certain day and time please contact us to arrange cost and time and we are happy to comply. We charge a flat postage of £2.00. Unfortunately we are unable to send items outside of the UK.

Returns Policy

We acept returns* dispatched within 7 working days of delivery by an insured and signed for carrier, for example Royal mail recorded delivery and provided we are notified by email of the carriage tracking number. Please enclose your name and order number in the return. Return postage is paid for by the customer.

Condition of Goods

All returns must be in the original condition, unopened and saleable. Failure to comply may incur a charge and will be deducted from your refund.

Credit will be issued as soon as the goods are received. Goods that have been damaged whilst in your care will not be accepted. Products received after the 7 working day period will not be accepted. *Unfortunately we are unable to except returns of food items or vouchers.

Privacy Policy

Customer Names and Addresses are stored in a computer database and are used solely for our own business purposes. We do not disclose or sell customer names and addresses to any other commercial entity. We do use customer details to contact customers from time to time with information about our own products. if you do not wish to receive this communication then please let us know and we will remove your details from our mailing list. We will reveal customer information in reply to an enquiry made by formal request from a government or statutory authority.
